hi is there anyway to stop jitters and. can anyone help just keep getting this on the ping under load way to high thanks

We're still improving the Benchmark results on the XR routers so it is unlikely that Ping Under Load is actually that bad - also Ping Under Load would only occur when your connection is completely saturated. I'd recommend using this guide while saturating your connection with downloads, streams etc and experiment with different Congestion Control percentages (when set to Always) and see what brings down the results as much as possible.
