Private Greenie
when setting up QOS and applying advanced tab to set ranges what does the apply to WAN check box do and what should it be used for? it doesnt appear to be enabled for the duma os classified games default and i expected that whats the point of QOS if the router does what ever it feels like to packets when sending to WAN. prioritising for QOS for me on LAN is mostly irrelevant as i always play with only the gaming device on and wifi disabled, so in that case would using QOS actually be harmful due to unnecessary processing on LAN? and also would enabling on WAN be useful to prevent possible pone home type events from outside home sending data not related to gaming using bandwidth id prefer QOS to apply to my game?
