Netduma r2 interface problems

When I try to acces the netduma interface it says this site can’t be reached

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. When did this first occur - is it your first time trying to access? If not did it happen after upgrading, changing settings, unplugging the power etc?

Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then see if you can access.

Thanks for replying I’m going to try it and it’s not my first time trying to accessing it and it wasn’t after a upgrade and I did not change anything like the settings and stuff like that oh yeah and it’s lan cable I use a WiFi extender with it

After I do it this happens and the router is on but im on the interface let me see if it works now thank you so much
