High pings in game

Hi guys.

Got xr500 thought have go cod with new maps. Loaded up cod pings from 200-800, then found a game and in game ping over 600ms with warnings on the left.  Went on racing game in lobby ping warning high 894ms dropped to 30-40s and shot back up. Went back to cod won't find rooms under 200ms.

What gone wrong is it the new xr500 update.

It literally could be anything, first thing to do is connect direct to the modem, do you see the same behavior?
