Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 29, 2021 Administrators Share Posted November 29, 2021 What is the model of the modem/router that the R2 is connected to and how is this setup to get an Open NAT through the R2 e.g. are you using modem/bridge mode or DMZ? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 29, 2021 Administrators Share Posted November 29, 2021 Copy the WAN IP from the R2 System Information page, then enter that into the DMZ Host section on the smart and you should have an Open NAT after that. Lolitahell
Thank you it worked ! i am open right now, but, i went back into system information page on r2 and the last number changed tho from WAN IP lol ,
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 29, 2021 Administrators Share Posted November 29, 2021 To stop it changing and therefore prevent you having to resetup the DMZ everytime the IP changes set the R2 a static/reserved IP on the smart, make sure everything matches and you should be good to go!
