OMEN Posted November 20, 2021 Share Posted November 20, 2021 Hello im starting this topic to ask if i can get a replacement router or do i have to buy a brand new one i made another topic how the router would lose internet randomly i found out it was because of how loose the port is the ethernet that the router came with easily comes out and i lose connection? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 20, 2021 Administrators Share Posted November 20, 2021 It's unlikely to be the port that is the problem as it wouldn't be moving so wouldn't cause a disconnect.
