Can't add my Desktop in geofilter manual mode

I can't get my desktop to be added as a manual geofilter.. It only gives me the drop down of various games. Of which Halo isn't there.

 

I used to be able to.. I've tried everything including a factory reset.

To do this, you'll need to go to Device Manager and switch your device type to 'Playstation'. Then, when re-adding it to Geo-filter you'll be able to select 'Choose manually'.
