im trying to understand the Geo filter better right so if i leave on the east coast is it better if i play central or actually the east cost because of ping i watch PC player ready up with 67ps but once they get into a warzone game it says their latency is actually like 19ms how is that possible i just wanna know is it better to play closer to where i live or further.. is having higher ping  like 40-60 bad on the netduma r2

It's almost always better to get a game as close as possible to where you live, however, some people feel this puts you on the wrong side of lag compensation and so they opt for slightly further away servers so try both and see what feels best for you. 40-60ms is not bad at all, definitely very playable.
