Channel width

On my netduma r2 I’m just wondering what’s the best channel width for 2.4 and 5ghz wifi? I have mine set to 40hz for 2.4 and 40hz for 5ghz? Is that what’s best or should I change it to 20 for 2.4 and 80 for 5

Generally the advice is to have 2.4GHz set to 20 MHz and 5GHz set to 20, 40 or 80 MHz. I'd suggest experimenting a little and see which configurations gets your the best results.
