Jayco93 Posted September 10, 2021 Posted September 10, 2021 My geo filter is mismatched. What’s the fasted way to reset snd restore all settings?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 10, 2021 Administrators Posted September 10, 2021 What do you mean mismatched exactly? You can do a factory reset but you can't restore settings other than by setting them again

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 10, 2021 Administrators Posted September 10, 2021 Ah I see, that's a bug on .120, you can either re-add the device that was previously added to the Geo-Filter with the same name, device type and connection type (wired or wireless) or you'll need to downgrade, factory reset and upgrade again

I’d rather not downgrade and reset.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 11, 2021 Administrators Posted September 11, 2021 I mean, you'd need to connect the device that was previously added to the Geo-Filter, then the error might disappear. If that doesn't work then you'd have to do that as its a bug
