Stuttering online

Hi guys.

I have a hg612 and xr500 and playing online ps5 I'm getting bad stuttering to the point where is stutters bad and pushes me into a wall. Before when I had my tp link 9980 never had this.

Also I'm ps5 getting party chat network errors, you cannot chat with this player network error.

Any ideas what's causing stuttering and party network issues.

What is your ping as shown by the Geo-Filter and in game? Are you using QoS?

You'll need to add your friends to the Allow list most likely to be able to use party chat, you can see how to do so at the bottom of this guide: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000077072-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-geo-filter

Geo is on with ping assist of 30ms and QoS at 70 percent. 

Thought a DMZ would cure the party chat issues.  

May have to go back to my tp link to see if this solves it

Change Ping Assist to 0 and just go off the radius. If the ping in game is too high then it may be under load and forcing a different server may give a better experience. DMZ wouldn't help if you need to allow your friends on the Geo-Filter, its quite quick to do
