Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 29, 2021 Administrators Share Posted August 29, 2021 It uses the Google server for the ping test and it is a bit erratic on the normal Ping Test so could indicate you don't have a great connection to that server and again, the Ping Under Load results you won't see that high a ping as you won't get your connection under load. Best way to tell would be to do some PingPlotter tests using a local website like a news site for example

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 30, 2021 Administrators Share Posted August 30, 2021 That's not too bad, the others don't respond to pings that's why it appears as pure packet loss. You could follow this guide while saturating your connection with downloads, streams etc while trying different percentages and see what works best http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping
