Heat map ping not working correctly

When I try to use the heat map ping it shows only 1 successful and it's in the middle east. I'm located in Nebraska, United states. I've rebooted my modem and router several times. Even reprovisioned them. Not sure what else I can do. Everything was working fine 2 days ago
