Device has been removed and rapps not loading

Hi there I have had my PS5 randomly deleted within the geo-filter section.

Also when I go to device manager or pretty much any other section I am getting the message'This Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute.' since yesterday.

Could someone advise me on a solution for this?

Did you delete the PS5 from the Device Manager or pull the plug from the router at all? If you reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then access then it should load correctly

I rebooted from the interface and it seems to have worked, thanks!

 

Any reason why this would of happened in the first place? I did not delete that specific device (PS5) but I did delete another.

Great! Did you pull the plug on the router? That can sometimes do that. Could be the IPs/names were mixed and it caused the PS5 to be deleted
