Netduma Liam
Welcome to the forum! Where abouts are you getting this error? After performing a particular action or when navigating to a particular Rapp? Can you get past the error or does it prevent you from doing what you want to do? Could you please try a different browser or clear the cache in your current browser?

Netduma Liam
It appears to have auto-filled the URL to navigate to QoS, could you please try http://192.168.77.1/desktop/index.html#com.netdumasoftware.desktop instead.

Netduma Liam
OK thanks for confirming, I believe you're going to have to need to upload the same firmware to the router again via TFTP. You can do so using the following guide: https://kb.netgear.com/000059633/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP-client
