What is (Apply to WAN) under Traffic prio

as the titles says for its question and also what is the difference between Normal Default wireless and Gaming voice Type

Apply to WAN essentially appends the same priority tags to priority traffic leaving the WAN interface, there no way to test if the next hop will recognise and prioritise it, but there's no harm in trying it!

The wireless types are there for you to select what type of traffic that device will generate and therefore helps QoS prioritise it appropriately.

hmm interesting so what exactly are the differenes of an effect to normal type vs gaming voice type even when a device is plugged in with a wired type device

It only applies to the Wireless devices so it won't matter what you set it to for wired. Essentially there's two different queues in the 802.11 standard if memory serves correctly, this means QoS will need to know which type of traffic it is so ensure it's prioritising from the appropriate queue.
