Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 8, 2021 Administrators Posted July 8, 2021 So you plugged your PC into the Dlink and it worked?
Rele Posted July 9, 2021 Author Posted July 9, 2021 Yes! if I connect the pc directly to the modem it works! if I connect it to the netduma it starts giving me problems
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 9, 2021 Administrators Posted July 9, 2021 Can you provide a full screenshot of the entire Geo-Filter page please so I can see everything
Rele Posted July 9, 2021 Author Posted July 9, 2021 ??? please i can't stay connected to netduma which doesn't work otherwise i can't do anything
Rele Posted July 9, 2021 Author Posted July 9, 2021 it doesn't even connect me to steam with netduma attached
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 9, 2021 Administrators Posted July 9, 2021 Could you take a picture of the: QoS Device Manager Adblocker Traffic Controller Hybrid VPN System Information and all the Settings pages/tabs please and then I will have a better understanding of what may be happening
Rele Posted July 10, 2021 Author Posted July 10, 2021 also has trouble connecting the philips hue device
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 10, 2021 Administrators Posted July 10, 2021 I don't see how you could be having any issues, you've basically not changed any settings at all. What are the exact speeds you pay for/expect? Disable QoS completely from the Congestion Control menu and see whether its better
Rele Posted July 11, 2021 Author Posted July 11, 2021 look how I'm telling you it's not my line since only when I attack your router it gives me this problem
Rele Posted July 11, 2021 Author Posted July 11, 2021 surely the router has some setting or problem to solve and if you don't even know what it could be then I would ask for a return
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 11, 2021 Administrators Posted July 11, 2021 Can you try what I previously suggested please to see if it makes a difference?
stigma95 Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 I was having troubles with my NetDuma R2 router, I have come to the conclusion that my power cord isn't working correctly cause I used the power adapter in an ASUS router and I was having the same issue, so switched to the ASUS power cord and it stopped, IDK why its doing this but I did see a spark one time when unplugging and re-plugging the power adapter on the NetDumaR2. So the router its self was fine its the power cable I don't understand why that would mess with my connections but it did. The ASUS router is a used router and the cable that came with it is loose, so I wanted to try the NetDumma cable, that's how I came across this. Might not fix your issues but its not to difficult to try another power adapter. Just make sure its matches if you do.
