"Could not detect an internet connection"

I have just received my Netduma R2 this morning and I'm excited to get it working! Unfortunately, after closely following the manual guide, it seems to not pick up any internet connection from my Virgin Media Hub 3.0. The hub is in router mode. Could you please help?

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Have you gone through the setup wizard? You will need to do this before you're able to access the interface.
