Connection Benchmark

I recently upgraded to gigabit speed and i was running some speed tests via the connection benchmark and it shows me getting half my speed. I currently don’t have a laptop so i use the speedtest app on my apple tv (since it’s the only thing on lan atm) and that shows me getting over 800 mbps. I read somewhere on one of these topics that the connection benchmark isn’t accurate so should i just ignore the connection benchmark or is there a fix for it?

We're working on improving the speed reports for Connection Benchmark so you can take that with a pinch of salt at the moment, if the other speedtest says over 800Mbps then that is what you'll be getting. Ping & Ping Under Load on Connection Benchmark can still be used to inform the quality of your connection.
