Another problem but this time the device just doesn't function at all any more

I am completely fed up with having to post on here. I've had the router since December 2020 and I've had to make 3 posts so far. Pathetic. This is the worst piece of hardware I've ever owned.

The problem this time is that the R2 has just stopped working. The power light comes on and that's it. No WiFi. Can't access the interface via ethernet either. I've had the stupid thing powered off for over 24 hours now and it's still the same when I've plugged it back in.

What steps do I now need to take, as the consumer, to try and make my router function? I look forward to a long list of technical steps that will take me ages and won't make a difference. That's what I bought the router for. To troubleshoot it myself.

And yes I've kept the firmware updated unless there's been a new release in the past 3 weeks. I can't check anyway because I have no access to any sort of UI.

Thanks.

Edit: I've also pressed down manual rest button (for various lengths of time) with no effect.

Thanks for that, it appears to be acting like a switch, set a static IP on the PC itself that is connected via ethernet to the router using this information and this guide (control panel) https://pureinfotech.com/set-static-ip-address-windows-10/

IP 192.168.77.100
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.77.1
DNS 192.168.77.1

then see if you can access using http://192.168.77.1
