ifell Posted June 12, 2021 Share Posted June 12, 2021 when i use connection benchmark it gives me 55ms ping when it should be giving me 6-7ms ping, in the past it gave me the same ping as speedtest by Ookla ( speed test server in my area which would be 6.7ms ) but for some reason its giving me 55ms or so ping this has happened on both my NETDUMA R2 & XR1000 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 12, 2021 Administrators Share Posted June 12, 2021 Connection Benchmark uses the Google servers (8.8.8.8) so if your ping to that has gone up for any reason or if you're far from that server then the ping will increase. If speedtest shows you 6-7ms then I would pay attention to that one instead as it is a better idea of your base ping. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
