HYBRID VPN NOT WORKING WITH HIDEMYASS ACCOUNT

hello, I am having some issues getting the hybrid vpn to work on my XR500 

the logs are here

is my router out of date?  or is it not connecting ?  im quite unsure about why it is not working using the basic setup .

We will need to update the config files on the router. If you go to the HMA website, download the OpenVPN configuration file for the server you want to connect to and paste it into the Advanced Setup of Hybrid VPN you should be able to connect
