The problem is I cant get it to work. It connects for 1 min (Although that does nothing as my Public IP remains unchanged) and then disconnects. I've tried 2 locations and same result. Here is the file. Do note that I've copied the <ca> file at the bottom as advised in this article. dpk_ydv Posted June 2, 2021 Author Share Posted June 2, 2021 Thanks fraser, Its working now. I was being silly and had not enabled my device on VPN traffic section. Maybe I am asking for too much, but do you happen to know how to get this config to connect to their server through ipv6? My ISP has horrible ipv4 routeing, but their ipv6 routeing is not miserable. On their windows app they provide the option to connect to their server using ipv6, and then they provide a public routable ipv4 address. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 2, 2021 Administrators Share Posted June 2, 2021 So in theory all you need to do is enable IPv6 on the router again of course and then on the second line of the config: change "dev tun" to "dev tun-ipv6" and on the third: change "proto udp" to "proto udp6" If that doesn't work, try one without the other.
