I have updated the firmware to the latest version several times with no fix. This is really only a problem when I am gaming, it disconnects me from EA severs. Is there a fix in the works? Netduma Liam Posted May 19, 2021 Share Posted May 19, 2021 Welcome to the forum! After upgrading firmware, did you then perform a factory reset from the XR500s interface? This is often required to clear out any low-level code left over from the previous firmware. Is this issue just disconnecting you from EA servers, or is it also disconnecting you from the internet all together? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
