Cloud sync taking longer than expected

I've tried multiple times resyncing the cloud in geo-filter and I only get this message . Ive never been able to resync in the geo-filter rapp. I just tried doing it in the Ping host map and it took a while but didnt give me any type of error. Is there something that im doing wrong?

This is actually quite common to see, give it a few minutes and refresh and the cloud will have sucessfully re-sycned.

We're working on a way to make this clearer and without this error appearing, apologies for any inconvenience caused!
