Yes you can, you can try using the Games Console service or alternatively you can input the ports that the game uses instead, then everything else on your PC will run through your normal connection.

First. Thank you for taking the time to answer me on a weekend. Second, I tried game console and it didn’t work, so where would I find the info on inputting the ports?

You can use portforward.com https://portforward.com/call-of-duty-black-ops-cold-war/ to find the ports needed. Then for the source ports enter 1-65535 and the destination enter the ports listed on the website.
