IBTwist Posted April 9, 2021 Share Posted April 9, 2021 Hello everybody, I am having a new RANDOM issue with my Nighthawk XR1000. I recently noticed that randomly, my NAT type on my Xbox Series S changed to strict out of absolutely nowhere. So, fair enough, I went to try to log into my router's interface so I could fix it. When I tried to go in to that DumaOS, the page would just get stuck loading blankly and not open. Then I would receive a "This Site Can't Be Reached. The connection was reset" error message on my browser. Could this be due a DNS issue or what? I have no idea why this started out of nowhere but it is really annoying that I can't log in to my router at all. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 9, 2021 Administrators Share Posted April 9, 2021 Hard to say why you would be unable to gain access, does it work using either of these URLs? http://192.168.1.1 http://dumaos If not you may need to perform a factory reset by holding the reset button for 30 seconds, releasing, then waiting 2 minutes before trying to access.
