Shows I’m still connected, but no internet

New netduma r2 user here. It seems every so often, my internet connection just stops working. It’ll show I’m still connected to the netduma network but there’s no internet. Sometimes it happens once every couple of days and other times every 20 minutes and it’s very frustrating. Any suggestions? Also I’m not to tech savvy with internet terms so pls keep that in mind

Does it happen on devices connected via WiFi and ethernet/wired to the router? What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to?
