I did a factory reset and went through the setup wizard again.  NO INTERNET.  why is it EVERY time I need to do a reset this device has such an issue with reconnecting to the internet.  Let's not forget how difficult it is to get support when something goes wrong.  Like HELLLLLOOOO

We're available everyday for support across multiple platforms, we're UK based and you posted just after midnight, hence why you haven't received an answer until now. It is the Easter Holidays as well otherwise you would have received a response earlier today. Sorry for the inconvenience.

What is your exact physical setup - i.e. the modem/router model the R2 is connected to? Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes then plug it in and try to access the interface.

After what I went through yesterday, I'm never unplugging it again unless it's an emergency.  Unplugging it is what started all this crap in the first place.  I get it, you're UK based, but you need support in the states, you need to do better, way better, it's not like I bought toaster oven from you, it's a router and people shouldn't have to go hours without internet. There has got to be an easier method to unplugging for a reset without having to hard/factory reset each time you do so.  There needs to be a way to recover or reset your username and password for the dumaos dashboard cause once you change WiFi name and password it kicks you back to administer login and none of the passwords/usernames you create allow you access and the only way past that is by doing another factory reset and starting from scratch.  My wife does all her business online, she was upset and thought I wasted the money on the Netduma as she believed our original router was fine, I tried to explain to her that the Netduma is much better, BUT after situations like yesterday your product has only left me looking like a fool.  DO BETTER!!
