R2 LOST CONNECTION

Hey all, 

I'm having some problems with my R2 Router.  My setup is as follows, 

ISP Modem ( Bridge Mode) ---> Netduma R2 ( WiFi off ) ---> eero Mesh ( bridge/AP mode)

I had a few issues with speed and losing connection to my WiFi network so I tried to do a reset.  Once it was coming back online I couldn't get any internet back up. All of the lights were on and blinking as normal but I had no connection to the internet at all

I hard wired right into the R2 and tried to access it through the IP and the Dumaos page but nothing came up.

I did a hard reset figuring that maybe something  had been changes so I held the little button on the back.  The wifi came back on so it definitely did a reset but still no connection.  

Normally I use my mac but I tried in windows as well and nothing.  

 

When I hardwire directly into my  ISP modem I can get internet connection but nothing through the R2.

 

I went as far as to reboot everything, take the ISP modem out of bridge mode and back in and still nothing.

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. After the factory reset did you access the interface to complete the setup wizard? You will need to do that before you can gain an internet connection.
