Bash W Posted March 25, 2021 Posted March 25, 2021 Hi there, Just recieved my Netduma R2. I'm unable to connect to it at all, via wifi or TP Link cable. It just saying cannot connect when i type in wifi password and not accepting 192.168.77.1. I've tried resetting multiple times but no luck with anything.

Can you try the password conversion method from here please and see if that allows you to connect to the WiFi to then complete the setup wizard? http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000117883-i-ve-received-the-r2-but-the-wifi-password-doesn-t-work Once you change the WiFi details in the setup wizard you'll need to reconnect to the WiFi using the new credentials you made to continue the wizard
