Justin0000 Posted March 24, 2021 Share Posted March 24, 2021 Just got all my hue lights and bridge in today. When I connect the bridge to my duma r2 only the first light comes on and I cant connect to it via pc or phone. For trouble shooting purposes I plugged it straight into the modem and all 3 lights came on. Has anyone else had this issue and found a work around? So it's connected via ethernet to the R2 is that right? Try disabling QoS fully from the Congestion Control 3 line option menu on the QoS page and see if it works then.
