Bought a Netduma Router, I have tried to contact Netduma employees on some help. I have received no help. I would like to request a refund for the R2.

Have you posted in the Support R2 section?

There are generally quite quick once you post in the correct section.

Sorry to hear you want a refund, you will need to follow the process at netduma.com/terms but basically email [email protected] requesting that and they will get back to you
