bullet regestration

when i do a speedtest i get 100/20. i really struggle to get decent/good bullet reg on cod cold war (pc). ive tried using the traffic prioratisor (1-65535 3074-3074) i got really good bullet reg on my first few games but then it went back to really bad. i dont know what to do

Are you using both Geo-filter and QoS? How do you have Congestion Control currently configured? Feel free to provide screenshots if that's easier for you!
