Roque Perez
Been Trying to get this working for 2 days now I’ve tried multiple factory resets. Turning off IPv6 and power cycling nothing seems to help. I’ve disabled all R2 features that didn’t help did upstream from old router didn't work. Im currently using a pure modem from Spectrum Model ET2251. Tried downgrading to .0179 that didn’t fix the issue updated back to .205 same issue still. Im sure its not my ISP because I get access to the internet if I plug my PC directly to the modem or my old router. Tried flushing the cloud in dumaos multiple times. Made sure I had the right Mac Address from the router on the settings. I don’t know what else to do.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 6, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 6, 2021 Do you know whether you have a dynamic or static public IP address? You said you tried it upstream of your old router, did you mean: modem > R2 > old router or modem > old router > R2 if you meant the first way can you do the second way please and see if that works? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 7, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 7, 2021 While in that setup, downgrade back to .179 and when that is done do a factory reset from the interface, run through the setup wizard and see if it works please. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 9, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 9, 2021 Can you disable IPv6 from the LAN/WAN settings on the router and then reboot it please and see if it can establish a connection then?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 9, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 9, 2021 Could you try going back to the original release firmware and see if it works? https://www.dropbox.com/s/bqk0zy5fg9tssq3/DumaOS-R2-3.0.123-Release.sig?dl=
