getting this error when loading up qos

what can i do i tried different browsers chrome , safari , opera gx and i still get that error i even powered off my router and turned it back on i do not want to factory reset my router 😕 what can i do?

 

firmware version: 

V2.3.2.114

Thanks for the info. Try disabling QoS fully in the Anti-Bufferbloat menu, then wait a few moments and then enable it again, refresh the page, does the error still occur?

In System Information, in the Rapp panel options change the number of retries to 5 then reboot the router from the interface and see if it loads Device Manager properly.
