Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 5, 2021 Administrators Posted March 5, 2021 Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. It almost certainly will require a factory reset, did this happen after upgrading the firmware?
peppachicken Posted March 6, 2021 Author Posted March 6, 2021 thanks! and no it recently started happening like three days ago i had no problems at all with the update
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 6, 2021 Administrators Posted March 6, 2021 Does it happen when you load the page or when you change settings specifically?
peppachicken Posted March 11, 2021 Author Posted March 11, 2021 sorry for the late reply. it happens when i click on QOS and it's loading. Oh and when i click on device manager i get a message saying "This R-App is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute."
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 11, 2021 Administrators Posted March 11, 2021 Thanks for the info. Try disabling QoS fully in the Anti-Bufferbloat menu, then wait a few moments and then enable it again, refresh the page, does the error still occur? In System Information, in the Rapp panel options change the number of retries to 5 then reboot the router from the interface and see if it loads Device Manager properly.
