Skip the WAN Setup if you can't get past that stage then once the wizard has completed go to Settings > WAN and select the PPPoE option and enter the details in and apply. Do you get a connection then?

Disable IPv6 from the WAN/LAN options and reboot again please.

Do you know if you require anything else for a connection such as VLAN?

What is your exact physical setup? Is the R2 connected to a pure modem (no wifi) or a modem/router (wifi)?

Disabled IPv6 from both and saved changes. I have a router, had internet service provider turn on bridged mode but logging into the pppoe no internet detected and i dont know if it requires vlan connection and if it does how do i get that info from the internet service provider

disabled bridge mode and removed the pppoe details and rebooted but wan ip disconnected.

When it was rebooting it would connect me to my original router/modem so when it finished its reboot I'd have to reclick on NetdumaR2 on the wifi list for it to load the netduma dashboard.
