Chris72 Posted February 25, 2021 Share Posted February 25, 2021 I have a Nighthawk Pro XR500 gaming router and in QoS i give my PS4 specific download and upload speeds. But when i test connection, those speeds don't work. It's like there is no router between. I've reseted/ restarted the router many times and no result. And i have it in my modem's DMZ. That's because you will have Share Excess enabled which allows any devices that need it (in this case the console speed test which will always try to max out the bandwidth) bandwidth from devices that don't need it.
