I change VPN provider from Surfshark to PureVpn , butr until now i cannot connected my Router with my new PureVPN. First thing i would like to explain my brother in Italy bought the member account PureVpn, then with his username and password i try to connect another device in UK. But when i upload all details on VPN setup i cannot connected . Anyone Could help me with some documents or screenshot to drive me how to connected it?
