I change VPN provider from Surfshark to PureVpn , butr until now i cannot connected my Router with my new PureVPN. First thing i would like to explain my brother in Italy bought the member account PureVpn, then with his username and password i try to connect another device in UK. But when i upload all details on VPN setup i cannot connected . Anyone Could help me with some documents or screenshot to drive me how to connected it? Thank you so much all
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 17, 2021 Administrators Posted February 17, 2021 I believe we may need to update the servers on offer but could you try connecting to some other servers nearby and also trying UDP please and see if it will connect?
