XR1000 not showing Geo Filter for FIFA21 on PS4

Hi guys, I recently bought a new XR1000 and have been playing around to make it work. I bought it specifically because I have latency issues with Fifa21 playing it on PS4. After doing all the configuration I found out some things:

1- The Geo Filter doesn't show any information about servers or players while playing Fifa21. I can't tell about other game coz that's the only one I play. I added the PS4 as a console, port fowarded all the ports and still nothing.
 

2- I am from Australia, and the ping heatmap functionality for Fifa21 doesn't show any server in Australia even though there is one in Sydney.

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Try this please:

1. Hard turn off the console
2. Remove the device from the Geo-Filter
3. Flush the cloud
4. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter
5. Setup your settings with 0 Ping Assist
6. Wait 2 minutes
7. Boot up the game

That fixed it for the servers, but it still doesn't show me the users.

Do they use P2P as opposed to servers for some game modes or is it all server based?
