Failed to readline from 'config get DumaOS_Theme_Version'

Randomly got this error when accessing Duma on my laptop last night. It would still work from the nighthawk app, so i did a reboot from there. The reboot seemed to have factory reset my router... This morning i went through and reconfigured everything and the error popped up again. I am on the latest firmware on the XR1000. It appears the workaround is to factory reset, but that appears to be temporary. Is this a known issue?

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. I would not reboot from the app if it factory reset, it likely did not do a proper reset either so I'd suggest doing a factory reset from the actual interface instead. Do you usually reset from the app?

I cant get into the interface due to the error in my OP. Yes, to perform reboots, i usually use this button in the app:

Ah yes sorry, hold the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds, then release, wait 2 minutes then attempt to access please.

Will do. Is a full factory reset the resolution for this error? Any idea why the error showed up all of a sudden or if it will reappear?

Yes it should be the resolution. I haven't been able to piece together a pattern for why or when it occurs so far. Probably a weird reboot or reset causing it.
