Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 30, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 30, 2021 Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. How often do you see this happening? Is it all devices or just wifi/ethernet? When it happens, in the System Information page does it say disconnected? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 30, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 30, 2021 Could you disable IPv6 in LAN and WAN Settings on the R2 please. Do you know if you have a dynamic or static public IP?

As you've got a static IP I'd recommend contacting the ISP to find out what those static details are, you can then enter that into the R2 WAN Settings and that should prevent further disconnects.
