 i ordered the netduma R2 in jan but deleted all my emails how do i check to see if the netduma shipped to me yet ? or when are they suppose to ship out ?

Important Notice: Shipping Delays

Hi  - thanks again for ordering an R2. We're emailing you to explain some things about your order's shipping situation.

The shipment from our manufacturer containing your R2 was due to dock in the UK on Jan 27th, before heading to our HQ to be installed with the latest version of DumaOS, quality checked and then sent to you in early February.

However, UK ports are congested due to Brexit and a COVID-related surge in shipping. Unfortunately, this left the liner carrying your R2 unable to dock.

Instead, the liner opted to complete its shipments to Europe before returning to fulfil UK shipments like ours. This means a delay of around 20 days before we receive stock for delivery.

All of this means we're now expecting to send your order in the last week of February. We realise how frustrating this is and we'll do everything we can to get your R2 in your hands as fast as possible once it arrives in the UK.

Unfortunately that's correct, as soon as stock arrives we'll get it out as soon as possible.
