NAT Type Moderate

I am having issues getting a open NAT type on my ps4. If I have Geo-Filter enabled my NAT type is moderate and I can’t use party chat. If I disable GEO-Filter I can use party chat but my in game NAT is still moderate. I am using the XR500 with DumaOS. Any help would be appreciated.

I have always found adding these ports for PS4 or 5 work. Personally i dont select UDP/TCP but put both in seperately. Also advise putting a static IP on your PS4.  Hope this helps.

What is your exact physical setup, i.e. what is the XR connected to? In WAN Settings switch the NAT to Open. You will also need to add your friends to your allow list to chat with them. My internet provider is COX, I have their gigablast plan which comes with the modem for that plan which is directly connected to the XR. My NAT is set to Open instead of secure. I have allowed my friends to the allowed list already...

What is the modem model exactly? Their IP may have changed so double check in case you're blocking them by accident and need to add them again.

Technicolor CGM4141 is the modem on their website. Where do I look to see if I am blocking them by accident?

Zoom out fully on the Geo-Filter Map, invite them to your lobby or a party chat and look at the map, if they're blocked you'll see a triangle icon, then click on that and add them to the allow list.
