Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 19, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 19, 2021 Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. What is the firmware version on the R1 currently? What is the new ISP and what is the modem/router you have the R1 connected to?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 29, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 29, 2021 Does that modem provide WiFi? So you're saying with the R1 connected to the modem and a device directly connected to the modem you don't get any internet? Did you put the modem in bridge mode? In System Information please take a screenshot then I can see what version you're on.
