NickR21 Posted January 10, 2021 Share Posted January 10, 2021 Hi, I have a spectrum modem which is my IPS provides me. 2nd My R2 is my main gaming router and 3 my nighthawk R8000 is connected to my R2 for my room to give wifi or play Lan. Now my PC is connected to the R2 and my Playstaion is connected to my nighthawk . Sometimes my PC shows open nat type or moderate but my Playstion shows moderate All the time. I try all solutions port forward in both the R2 and in nighthawk r8000 but won’t open need help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

What I would advise is putting the R8000 in AP mode - that still gives you the WiFi and also the ability to connect via ethernet if needed but it will allow the R2 to see the devices individually and control them.
