WilliamMarc12
Hello, I have just setup the Netduma R2 via the setup wizard on LAN. However, when I try to set up the LAN connection on my PS4 it fails at internet connection. I also cannot connect to anything else other than 192.168.77.1 on my computer. Any help is appreciated! Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 9, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 9, 2021 Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. So no devices receive an internet connection including the PC? Did you complete the setup wizard on the R2 interface? What is your exact physical setup? Buttabelafonte
If your devices are only compatible with 2.4GHz you may have to take the router off mirror mode. Try going to: Network Settings=> Wifi=> Uncheck mirror settings=> Rename 2.4G connection by adding 2.4GHz after your network name Rename 5G connection by adding 5GHz after your network name Now try connecting devices to 2.4GHz connection instead. Hope this helped
WilliamMarc12
Hi! Thank you for your reply! I found a solution by “bridging” the ISP modem. Hopefully this can help other people as well!
