JoshC Posted January 8, 2021 Posted January 8, 2021 Just as I have seen multiple times, I unboxed, followed all steps and nothing seems to work. I plugged an ethernet cord to a laptop and tried to manually do that and it says page does not exist. I have tried unplugging and plugging back in 3 or more times now. Can't seem to find anything to work. HELP!!
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 8, 2021 Administrators Posted January 8, 2021 Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Could you provide the WiFi password shown on the sticker on the bottom of the router please? I may be able to reconfigure it into a working password.

Why is that? I don't handle that kind of thing but I imagine it's because it's just a knowledge base for articles so no user data is required.

Thanks Fraser. Since many modern browsers support features like HTTPS only mode it would be great to get it updated.
